REPORT OF SPECIAL COMMITTEE TO SECURE EARLIER DELIVERY OF THE SESSION LAWS

To the New York State Bar Association:

The Special Committee to secure an Earlier Delivery of the Session Laws reports that a record for lateness of delivery has been made in 1911. This was accomplished by means of a legislative session of unprecedented length and an unprecedented total of new statutes. The work of
