The Secretary:

I move that the following committees be continued: Committee on Salaries of Federal Judges, to memorialize the Legislature on the subject of statue to Chancellor Kent, on International Arbitration, Corporation Law, Legal Ethics, On Arrest and Imprisonment in Civil Actions, Medical Expert Testimony, Amendment of the Election Law in regard to Judicial Candidates, On Contingent Fees, on Workmen's Compensation Act, Proposed Legislation relative to the commitment and discharge of the Criminal Insane, on Recommendations of the American Bar Association relative to Legal Education, on Earlier

The President:

I will renew the warning to you all to be prompt to-night at the dinner. There was a dinner here some little time ago which the President of the United States came from Washington to attend where he was kept waiting to the very great discredit of the people, and we certainly must not repeat it. The next annual meeting place will be fixed by the executive committee.

Adjourned sine die.

FREDERICK E. WADHAMS,

Secretary.
