NOTICE. This work was completed within a few pages, and handed to the printers in October last, an office was engaged in November, and the book was advertised for publication on 1st January of this year; unforeseen circumstances necessitated a delay, therefore as the book has been over six months in a semipublic state, this fact is made known in case any question should hereafter arise in connection with the copyright in any part thereof.
