I-Witness Devotions

We did not follow cleverly invented stories when we told you about the power and coming of our Lord Jesus Christ, but we were eyewitnesses of His majesty. 2 Peter 1:16 (NIV) Peter was an eyewitness to the power and majesty of Jesus. Through the faith I have in Jesus, I am also an eyewitness. The same faith that allows me to put my trust in Jesus for my salvation, also allows me to be an eyewitness to the virgin birth, sinless life, death, and resurrection of Jesus. Although I wasn't there, I know it happened. By faith I am an eyewitness, and because I want to pass that faith along "I Witness" to others about Christ Jesus. This is the two-fold meaning of the "I-Witness" logo on the top of my devotions. I am an eye-witness. And I-witness for Jesus about His saving power, His comfort and His strength. Keith Curran is a self described Ambassador for Christ. He enjoys being very active in his church and currently serves on the Elder Team. He wrote I-Witness Devotions while serving as the youth minister at his former church in his home state of Arkansas. He believes strongly in our responsibility to be witnesses to the world around us of Jesus' saving power, comfort and strength. This is very evident in his personal purpose statement: To lift the spirits, encourage the hearts and build up the faith of those around me by the power of Christ working through me. He and his wife Rhonda have two sons, Joshua and Cole and currently reside in Tampa Florida.
