In pursuance of Canon XII., of Title II., of the Digest of Canons, providing that on the removal of Communicants from one Parish to another, a Certificate, in substance like the following, shall be given them, the Form appended is hereby recommended to be given by all the Rectors or Ministers of Parishes in this Diocese, to Communicants removing into other Parishes.
