and ever: for Wisdom and Might are his.

And he changeth the Times and the Seasons: be remo-
veth Kings, and fetteth up Kings.

Job xii. 19. 21. 23. He leadeth Princes away spoiled,
and overthroweth the Mighty.

He poureth Contempt upon Princes, and weakeneth the
Strength of the Mighty.

He encreaseth the Nations and destroyeth them: he en-
largeth the Nations and straiteneth them again.
