iv. When do you show courage? How should you do things you do not like to do?

V. What do some people think about, all the time? Is it wise not to think of troubles which may come? How can you learn to face the troubles of life courageously?

vi. How do you feel if your feelings are hurt? How should you behave then? Do all persons believe as you do? What do some persons say about your religion? Are you in the wrong because others do not agree with you? Whom should you respect more, God or your fellow-men? How will you feel if you believe that God is with you? vii. Tell of some things which are proofs of the highest courage!

SUGGESTIONS TO THE TEACHER.

The plan of Part III. is similar to that of previous parts, carrying the pupil a step forward. As suggested in former parts it is advisable to illustrate abstract principles by means of stories, of fact and fancy. Biblical and Talmudical illustrations should be used if possible. It were well if the child can be induced to attend the weekly Sabbath Service and it might be invited to tell of some of the points in the sermon delivered during the service. This Part is to be used by children between ten and eleven years of age. They are required to learn the words of at least three School Hymns and three short sections of the Bible. In Bible History the lessons should deal with Solomon and the Kings of Judah and Israel,
