About the author (2007)

Stephen L. Gibson has been a successful entrepreneur, corporate pilot, consultant, elected school official, and community volunteer. In the wake of the 9/11 attacks, however, his nascent fascination with the origins of human belief and knowledge--epistemology--grew into a journey of introspection and inquiry that has been both invigorating and painful.
