The twelfth triennial session of the National Council will be held in the city of Des Moines, Iowa, in October, 1904.

Secretary, Rev. ASHER ANDERSON, of Massachusetts.

Registrar, Rev. JOEL S. IVES, of Connecticut.

Assistant Registrars, Rev. W. HERMAN HOPKINS, of New York, and Rev. J. BRAINERD THRALL, of Massachusetts.

OFFICERS FOR 1901-1904.

The moderators hold office until their successors are chosen; and the presiding moderator appoints a committee of nominations at the opening of the next session. The following officers and committees were appointed for the next three years:
